We’ve been working very hard at Motionsoft to ensure our system is equipped with the features you will need to reopen your facility safely. We have added the ability to limit capacity, show you the current occupancy in the club, and allow members to pre-register for a day and time to visit the club. We think using all of these things will allow for a seamless and easy transition while you get back in business.
We have created an additional feature for you to check members in and out of the club. Our check-out and capacity feature will allow you to have an accurate count of how many members are in the club. Members can be checked out through the check-out feature, through the check-in module using quick actions or even using the background applications.
We have also added the ability to set a capacity limit on the number of members you are going to allow in the club at one time. Once the capacity is met, the club system will deny the check-in of members until someone checks out.
VISIBILITY OF OCCUPANCY
We have added an occupancy tracker on the Check-in module to show you how close to the club is to the capacity limit.
SCHEDULING A WORKOUT
We created the ability for members to schedule a time to come into the club for a workout. An option like this will support a spacing out of members throughout the day. These ‘open use’ reservations can be a portion or all the club’s capacity for that particular time and will work in conjunction with the check-in and check-out capabilities. Members scheduled under the open use reservation will account for the “Reserved in Next 60 Minutes” section.
Our team has added “Book Open Use” to myClub Scheduler for member access. To simultaneously connect Check-In, myClub, and Scheduler, users will be able to designate the specific reservation anticipated. The reservations will also provide users the visibility of open slots for a particular reservation space that would better prepare members for what to expect when they arrive at the facility.
