Gym Contract Software Overview
Motionsoft’s gym contract software or agreement writer functions as a member creation wizard that walks your staff through the new member agreement sign-up process. Front desk staff can use our gym contract software to sign-up new members, renew expiring memberships, and create membership add-ons and other service agreements, like towel service or personal training packages.
Any staff member can navigate through our Agreement Writer’s simple, step-by-step process, no matter which type of agreement pr member contract is needed.
When members upgrade or make changes to a current membership agreement, upfront totals and monthly dues are updated in real-time, allowing you to stay on top of your financial bottom line. The resulting PDF agreement is then signed with a signature pad, mouse, or the tip of a finger. Our Agreement Writer also allows you to include bundled Point of Sale items and packages for quick and easy up-sells during member sign-ups.
Creating New Member Contracts
Your front desk staff can use the Agreement Writer to create new member contracts and automatically feed member data into the membership management software. You staff will surely find that using our Agreement Writer is more efficient than using Quick Entry in the Check-in Application.
You can use Agreement Writer to automate billing and other important information based on membership type. At the end of the Agreement Writer process, you’ll be able to print a copy of the member contract.
To use Agreement Writer, you’ll need a customized contract for your club. Motionsoft’s Technical Support Team will work with you to develop the requirements for your gym contracts.
Open the Agreement Writer module to access the Agreement Type tab. From there, choose the option that is appropriate for your member or guest.

The Membership Type drop-down list displays available membership options at your gym. Select the appropriate membership type for the new member’s needs.
In the Agreement Terms field, select one of the agreement terms for the chosen membership type. When you tab or click out of this field, default billing information displays. The prices have been determined in Membership Management –> Setup –> Membership Type. This field can be altered depending on the security setting and membership type setup.
