Agreement Writer Software Overview
Motionsoft’s agreement writer software functions as a member creation wizard that walks staff through the agreement sign-up process for creating and activating new memberships. Front desk staff can use our agreement writer software sign up new members, create membership add-ons, renewals, and other service agreements such as towel service or personal training packages.
No matter which type of agreement is being created, our agreement writer includes a simple step-by-step process for any staff member to clearly and accurately select exactly what is required to complete the membership signup process.
Upfront totals and monthly dues are updated in real time when changing membership types. The resulting PDF agreement is then signed with a signature pad, mouse or even the tip of a finger. Our agreement writer also features the ability to include bundled Point of Sale items and packages for quick and easy up-sells during member sign-ups.
Creating New Member Contracts
Your front desk staff can use agreement writer to create new member contracts and automatically feed member data into the membership management software. Using Agreement Writer is more efficient than using Quick Entry in the Check-in application.
You can use Agreement Writer to automate billing and other information based on membership type. At the end of the Agreement Writer process, you will be able to print a copy of the member contract.
To use Agreement Writer, you will need a customized contract for your club. Motionsoft’s Technical Support Team will work with you to develop the requirements for your contracts. Open the Agreement Writer module to access the Agreement Type tab. From there, choose one of the options that are appropriate for your member or guest.

The Membership Type drop-down list displays available membership types at your club. Select the appropriate membership type for the new member.
In the Agreement Terms field, select one of the agreement terms for the membership type. When you tab or click out of this field, default billing information displays. The prices have been determined in Membership Management –> Setup –> Membership Type. This field can be altered depending on security setting and membership type setup.
