Do you know who’s going to quit…what’s the tipping point?
Have you ever watched a sporting event and there is that point when you just know the game is over. Well, last night I was watching a hockey game, and I saw it happen. My team, they played great, they played hard, but you just knew there wasn’t a chance. And I think the same thing happens with your members. It’s usually not as sudden, but there is a moment. And I think Motionsoft has come up with a way to help you identify the moment and perhaps doing something about it.

Is the segmentation of the fitness industry working for you?
When I meet someone who asks what I do, the first thing I say (usually right after “no, not Jose –Hossein”), is I provide software for gyms. This ends most conversations as most people find talking about software as fun as trying to keep warm in a wet Snuggie. But a woman recently asked “Just gyms? I’d think it’d work in a lot of places” And it got me thinking. Yes, gym software (including ours) is in a lot more places than gyms. But do we vendors (non-software too) really understand that?
