I went out last week to a nice restaurant (no not McDonalds!) and after getting seated, and placing our drink order (dirty martini extra olives with blue cheese), our waiter immediately became my best friend, and godfather to my yet unborn children by bringing out free food…he called it an amuse-bouche.
