What it takes to be a destination club
There are certain things that as you get older the way you interact with it changes. Like a swimming pool. Think about it as a kid you played Tag, Marco Polo, and of course the ubiquitous game of Splash. And as you got older, you do laps. Or at least you watch people do laps while you lounge. But pools are more than just places to get red eyes and red skin…(even if you don’t have a pool you might want to read this).

Is 30 minutes more profitable for you than 60?
You know what Webster had in common with Different Strokes…besides the fact that both were awesome shows on TV. No it wasn’t that. And no it’s not that either. And no not that last thing, Let me go ahead and tell you. Both were thirty minutes long. And that’s what this blog is about…30 minutes.

Setting expectations leads to better retention (and free food)
I went out last week to a nice restaurant (no not McDonalds!) and after getting seated, and placing our drink order (dirty martini extra olives with blue cheese), our waiter immediately became my best friend, and godfather to my yet unborn children by bringing out free food…he called it an amuse-bouche. This just blew me away…and it occurred to me there is something we can learn from all of this…
