(Fun regular reader fact – when I talk in my sleep, I reference Burger King, not McDonalds. Fascinating, no?) Anyways, this week’s FMG Deal is for telephone on-hold marketing. And it really got me thinking. It helps you sell. It helps you retain. It keeps callers interested! The chance to engage members is right under your nose (the phone?)! If you aren’t doing it, why not?
