At Motionsoft we take “Get them. Keep them. Know them.” and “Welcome to Betterville” seriously. The two ideas perfectly embody everything that MoSo can do for your facility. But we had a number of tag lines that didn’t make the cut. See if we made the right decision.

The Politics of Belonging to a Gym
I had a thought watching the Republican Debate on CNN earlier this week. Now, before you think this is a political piece, it isn’t. In fact, truly, the only reason I watched was because I always get stuck watching Wolf Blitzer, spending hours pondering whether A) Wolf is short for something and B) if it’s a stage name and he was born Jeff Blitzelvits. (Fun regular reader fact – when I talk in my sleep, I reference Burger King, not McDonalds. Fascinating, no?) Anyways, this week’s FMG Deal is for telephone on-hold marketing. And it really got me thinking. It helps you sell. It helps you retain. It keeps callers interested! The chance to engage members is right under your nose (the phone?)! If you aren’t doing it, why not?
