eScheduler enables club personnel to view the inventory of pre-paid services on an individual member's account using the Point of Sale (POS) screen. Personnel can then schedule members into available time slots for one-on-one training or group exercise sessions. The software facilitates the storage and retrieval of very detailed information on appointment time availability, appointment schedules, member adherence to booked appointment times as well as staff skill inventories. Club personnel are able to match staff skills with member needs in scheduling appointments and change appointment times when circumstances demand it. The program maintains a complete inventory of resources that are available, allowing personnel to quickly review the times available for booking facilities like pools, tennis courts, gyms, or massage tables without fear of scheduling conflicts. Numerous reports detailing patterns of member and staff usage of facilities can be generated.
