 Crunch will rely on Motionsoft to Deliver a Total Integrated Solution. 
NEW YORK – January 16, 2008 –- Motionsoft (formerly KI Software), the leading vendor of membership management and billing software solutions, today announced that Crunch, a major chain of health and fitness clubs, headquartered in New York, has selected Motionsoft as its membership management and billing software vendor.
Crunch, which owns and operates 30 gyms in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, Atlanta and San Francisco, will rely on Motionsoft to support the iCrunch software platform which Motionsoft acquired license of from Georgia based Intrannuity Inc. Crunch will continue to use iCrunch while relying on Motionsoft to develop the system and assume support responsibility.

Crunch will work with Motionsoft to continue development of iCrunch and work to integrate the system with several back-office applications as well as its enterprise resource planning application. The company will be able to customize the solution for its unique business needs and to rely on it to manage and report on enterprise operations and performance.
