1999 — KI acquired by AINS

November 2004 — KI acquired by Al and Hossein Noshirvani

October 2005 — KI acquires CMPlus

With the acquisition, Frank Anderson joins the executive team.

May 2007 — KI rebranded as Motionsoft

October 2008 — Motionsoft acquires Power Management

November 2008 — Shane Edmonds hired as CTO of Motionsoft from Crunch

July 2009 — Motionsoft acquires Conexion LLC

Benson Fine, CEO of Conexion takes over as Chairman of Motionsoft

August 2009 — Alan Vouk, previously of Equinox, joins as Exec VP of Operations of Motionsoft
