Out of Order
So I’m often asked what is the genesis for the ideas for this blog? What smart food do I eat to make the magic happen? Is it Blueberries, or maybe acai fruit, or perhaps its hamburgers?? No. No. Yes!! But in reality most of the ideas come from you guys. I talk to owners and managers every day, and it’s during these interaction that the ridiculousness of this blog comes together…so what happened this week that has me up in hamburgers? (It’s safer then arms and much tastier…read on to find out)

How to judge a book by its cover…
Here is what I find fascinating. A personal size pizza (4 slices) is only about 600 calories. I can’t get over that. That being said, the other thing I find fascinating is how much diversity there is in the fitness industry. So in an attempt to be able to better recognize gym owners, I have created a quick guide to know what kind of owner you are meeting simply by what they are wearing…I warn you this is about as shallow as I can possibly be.
