So I’m often asked what is the genesis for the ideas for this blog? What smart food do I eat to make the magic happen? Is it Blueberries, or maybe acai fruit, or perhaps its hamburgers?? How to judge a book by its cover…

Here is what I find fascinating. A personal size pizza (4 slices) is only about 600 calories. I can’t get over that. That being said, the other thing I find fascinating is how much diversity there is in the fitness industry. So in an attempt to be able to better recognize gym owners, I have created a quick guide to know what kind of owner you are meeting simply by what they are wearing…I warn you this is about as shallow as I can possibly be.
