Silver Spring, MD (PRWEB) October 10, 2008 — Motionsoft Inc, the leading vendor of membership management and billing software solutions, today announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of Custom Design Systems, a privately-held gym software company headquartered in Freehold, New Jersey. Motionsoft is acquiring CDS’s PowerManagement Software to further expand its footprint in the health, fitness and wellness markets. As a result, Motionsoft will assume development and support responsibilities for the application suite. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Golds Gym LA Chooses Motionsoft
Silver Spring, MD., October 10, 2008 — Motionsoft Inc, today announced that Gold’s Gym LA, a Gold’s Gym franchisee, will utilize Motionsoft’s eClubLogic as their enterprise club management software and billing solution. The eClubLogic suite of software is currently deployed at over 1600 health and fitness locations, worldwide.
